If your proposed format cannot be accommodated within the programme,we will contact you to discuss an alternative format.
Oral Presentations (Individual Papers). These are 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for Q & A. There are limited places for short paper presentations and we primarily reserve these for academic research.
Psychology Snippets. These are a PechaKucha-style presentation of 20 slides at 20 seconds each. All student presentations need to be presented in this format (or as a poster).
Rapid Communication Poster Sessions: Presenters produce and display a poster. They speak for 5 minutes about their poster and leave 5 minutes for questions from the audience. The posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference.
Mini-workshops. These are more practical, hands-on sessions. They can be 1 or 2 hours in length.
Symposium. A symposium consists of several papers presented on a similar topic. The symposium organiser normally acts as chair of the symposium session(s). There may be one or more discussants to draw the symposium to a conclusion. They can vary in length.
Forums. This is an interactive stream of presentations on a set theme by a panel of experts with a chair. Panel members present on a set topic and questions follow the presentations. They can vary in length.
