Professional liability insurance - for Registered NZPsS Full Members

Continuing Professional Development - access to workshops, seminars and conferences at preferential rates.

Annual Conference - organised by the Society in a different centre each year and held over three to five days.

Referral Database "PsychDirect" - an internet-based, search engine listing NZPsS Members who are currently registered and offering private psychological services.

Awards & Scholarships

Links - The Society takes a co-operative approach to key issues relevant to psychologists in New Zealand. Co-operative partners include The Psychologists Board, ACC, and the NZ College of Clinical Psychology. The Society is an affiliated member of the International Union for Psychological Science (IUPsyS) and the Royal Society of New Zealand.

Public Relations/Lobbying - As the major representative professional association for New Zealand psychologists, the Society presents the views of its members to the public, the media and Government through the President, the Executive Director, Executive Officers and the expertise of members.

Services are continually under review. All psychologists in New Zealand benefit from many of the Society's activities. Membership of the Society ensures favoured or exclusive access to these benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to their maintenance and development.
