Code of Ethics The Code of Ethics for Psychologists Working in Aotearoa/New Zealand, 2002 was developed by a Review Group comprising of representatives of the NZPsS the NZ Psychologists Board and the NZ College of Clinical Psychology. The Code was formally adopted by all three organisations in 2002. Click Code of Ethics to view this 2002 document. Although the Code is not specified in legislation and therefore has no legal authority, it is viewed by the Psychologists Board as the guide to good practice In 2008 the NZPsS had the Code of Ethics reformatted and reprinted as a booklet.
